Roland School Receives $5000.00 grant from Pioneer Grain

Roland School was the recipient of a $5000.00 grant from Pioneer Grain on June 20, 2007. The grant money has been donated to go towards a new sound system at Roland School.

On hand to accept the presentation was Cindy Wainikka, principal, and Heather Halstead, Roland Home and School Parent Advisory Council president.

Doug Maguire, Rob Bell, and Thor Richardson made the presentation at Roland School's Activity Day lunch. Thank-you to Rob, Doug, and Thor and to Pioneer Grain for their generous donation.
