Due to the number of lost books that we have been incurring, we have a fee for damaged and lost books.  If your child/ren has lost their book, I will first send a notice home informing you of the title and author.  If the book can not be found or has been damaged a fee of anywhere from $5.00 to $10.00 depending on the book, will be issued.  I will keep the money for one month.  If the book is recovered before then I will return the money to you.  Replacing the book is an option but only if replaced with the exact book.  Books are getting more expensive and money is tight with budgets, so hopefully this will help offset some costs.
